Bio

I am an Indianapolis and Carmel based attorney who practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administrations, and trust and probate litigation.  I have practiced in these areas since my admission to the Indiana bar in 2004, and am fortunate to have had from the beginning of my career an experienced and caring attorney as a mentor in this field.  I enjoy being a problem-solver.  It is a privilege to assist clients through difficult issues and at challenging times in their lives.  My career is deeply satisfying in large part because of the amazing clients I get to work with and help every day.

I am the Managing Partner of the Indianapolis and Carmel based, full service law firm, Harrison & Moberly, LLP.  Our firm is one of Indianapolis’s  oldest firms and comprised of talented and caring attorneys.   Our firm can assist with a variety of legal matters, including real estate, business, tax, appeals, and litigation.

I am happy to meet with clients at either our Indianapolis or Carmel office.  I know how busy schedules can be, and meeting with a lawyer in the middle of the work day does not work for everyone.  I am happy to schedule evening hour calls with clients and will work with you to find a time that is convenient.

When not lawyering, I am usually enjoying time with my husband and our children.  Our favorite family activities include spending time outdoors, camping and hiking in Indiana State Parks, biking around Indianapolis, and gardening in our backyard.  I am a lifelong Hoosier and love being a Midwesterner.  I continue to find new aspects of Indianapolis and its surrounds that make it a great place to live.

Experience

Lisa has practiced in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, and related litigation, since her admission to the bar in 2004.  Lisa is a graduate of the 2008-2009 Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bar Leadership Program.  She has been named a Rising Star Attorney by the Indiana Super Lawyer publication every year from 2009 through 2016 and named a Super Lawyer in 2021.  She is her firm’s Managing Partner.
